Order Dispatch - 

BHAVIAURA orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER DELIVERY -

Domestic

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 6-7 days for metro cities and 7-9 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.

FREE SHIPPING is offered PAN India on all orders.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can exchange your product within 3 days from the time you received provided the product is in good condition , unused  as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover . Tag must be there , we will not accept without removing price Tags .

RETURN POLICY

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.

It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
