Order Dispatch

BHAVIAURA orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will inform you regarding the possible delays.

Order Delivery

Domestic: Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 6–7 days for metro cities and 7–9 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in rare cases or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delivery delays.

FREE SHIPPING is offered PAN India on all orders.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your product within 3 days of receiving it, provided the product is in good condition, unused, and neatly packed in its original cover. The original tag must be intact. We will not accept exchanges if the price tag has been removed.

Return Policy

You can return your product and request a refund only if the item is defective or damaged, and provided you share a clear opening video of the parcel from beginning to end.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned product.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

If the cancellation request is made before the product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

No cancellations will be accepted once the product has been shipped.
